‘Your Personal Wellness’ Membership Plan




  • Membership Plan entitles the member to 90 minutes customised massage treatment once per month, or split of 45 minutes customised massage treatments to be used twice per month.

  • Members are entitled to purchase any additional treatments/gift certificates with 10% discount. Excluding items on promotion.

  • Unused treatments can be transferred to the next month but will expire within three month period if not used.

  • Members will receive reminders to book their treatment in advance. However, membership does not give member a priority over other service users. Therefore is advisable to book your appointment two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • The Membership Plan is not transferable - it can only be used by the person to whom it was issued.




  • Membership Plan commences immediately after the initial payment received. All following payments are payable monthly in advance by direct debit or standing order.

  • If monthly payment not received on time without prior notice, we will contact you about the matter. Your membership can be suspended or cancelled.

  • If you wish to terminate membership, give us 14 days written/e-mail notice and we will cancel it at no extra cost.

  • We can end the agreement by giving you one month’s notice if there is any change in services we provide.




  • Massage treatments can be booked online, via contact form at, by phone or in person after your treatment. We aim to offer you a next day appointment however, the same day appointments may be available if you contact us by phone.

  • We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us 01473760206 during regular business hours or e-mail to to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Remember, any cancellation and/or rescheduling can be done 24 hours prior to your appointment.
